Original documents (Matric, F.Sc. Certificate/result card, Entry Test result card & Domicile, paid challan / form fee slip, NOC from candidates other than Lahore board)
3 sets of Photocopies of F.Sc & Matric result card/Certificate, entry test result card, domicile, student’s CNIC/B.form & father CNIC
Affidavit on a stamp paper of Rs.100/-

Students are required to pay your dues at the university’s Account Office by 09-12-2025, after obtaining necessary bank challan forms. The original paid Bank Challan must be submitted to the office for confirmation of admission. Failure to do so within the specified period will result in loss of admission rights.
