Step 1: Obtain and Install Local Development Environment

There are several options available to Install WP On Local Computer, such as XAMPP, MAMPor Local by Flywheel. Obtain and install the tool of your choice. Now, open your browser again and type “localhost/wordpress” in the address bar. This will start the WordPress installation process.
