Hamza Shahbaz Chief Minister of Punjab Elected by the Punjab Assembly 2024
Hamza Shahbaz Chief Minister of Punjab has been elected by the Punjab Assembly with 197 votes out of 371. He belongs to the political party PMLN and is the son of the current Prime Minister of Pakistan Shahbaz Sharif.

Hamza Shahbaz is the President of the Pakistan Muslim League (N), Punjab and was the current opposition leader of the Punjab Assembly. Today on 16 April 2024, on the order of the Lahore High court election of the chief minister of Punjab has been held and the Punjab assembly has been elected Hamza Shahbaz Chief Minister of Punjab. There is a total number of 371 members of the Punjab Assembly and 197 members cast the vote for the hamza Shahbaz sharif.

Hamza Shahbaz Chief Minister of Punjab is the 19th CM in the history of Punjab (Pakistan) followed by the Sardar Usman Buzdar. Sardar Usman was the candidate from the Pakistan Tehreek e Insaaf (PTI). Pervaiz Elahi is the Speaker of the current assembly and the candidate for the chief minister of Punjab against Hamza Shahbaz sharif, he himself is the candidate for the CM.
Deputy Speaker Dost Muhammad Mazari is conducting the current Session of the Punjab Assembly. Lahore High Court bench on Friday ordered the government to conduct the election on 16 April 2024. Election Commission also advises the concerned officials to conduct fair elections. 186 votes are required for elected as a CM and Hamza Shahbaz Chief Minister of Punjab became with the 197 vote and parvaize Elahi by cote the Punjab assembly and nothing got to vote against Hamza Shahbaz sharif.

Hamza Shahbaz Chief Minister of Punjab became the 19th chief minister of Punjab
Hamza Shahbaz Chief Minister of Punjab said that we don’t take any political revenge from the current opposition but the law will make its way. He further said that today every poor person is facing issues due to the previous government policies. We thanked Allah that he provides us with a chance to provide our services to the people of Punjab.
PTI members attacked on deputy speaker Dost Mazari before the election of Hamza Shahbaz Chief Minister of Punjab elected.
Deputy speaker of Punjab assembly Dost Mazari is the member of PTI and Lahore High Court order him to conduct the election of CM Punjab today. Speaker of Punjab assembly Parvaiz Elahi was dismissed to order and conduct any type of order regarding today election and deputy speaker Dost Mazari is provided the speaker rights to conduct the CM election in the Punjab assembly.
But when the deputy speaker enters the Punjab assembly, PTI members of the Punjab assembly attacked him with the lootas. Some members of the Punjab assembly push legs and bounces and due to this Punjab assembly ajlass remained closed for 6 hours. After 6 hours Punjab assembly voted to the hamza Shahbaz sharif and chooses Hamza Shahbaz Chief Minister of Punjab.
